SAFETY

Please review our office policy for the day of your appointment
MASK
Everyone age 10 and older MUST wear a mask upon entering the office.
6-FEET
Please maintain a social distance of 6 Feet between you and other patients.
FEVER
We will be checking your temperature upon entering our office.Any one with a 100F temperature or higher, will be sent home and rescheduled.
NOT WELL
Any one not feeling well, coughing, shortness of breath, or sneezing will be sent home and rescheduled.
EXAM
Only the patient is allowed in the exam room with Doctor. Only one parent or guardian is allowed in the exam room if the patient is a minor (17 years of age or younger).
EXPOSURE
Have you been exposed to a positive COVID-19 patient in the last 4 weeks? If so you’ll be sent home and rescheduled.
